By accessing or using OrbitPay services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You must complete our identity verification process to receive a card.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Card Usage
Your OrbitPay card may only be used for lawful purchases. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your card if we detect unauthorized or prohibited activity.
5. Fees and Limits
All applicable fees and transaction limits are disclosed on our Pricing page. We may modify fees with 30 days advance notice.
